Elleta Abuliel

Elleta was born in Muskogee Oklahoma. She moved to California in 1960 and began a career in banking. After 44 years she retired as an Assistant Vice President.
While growing up she loved coloring books. Any art in school was her favorite class. Since retiring she pursued her love of art. She enjoys seeing the beauty of what surrounds her and putting it on canvas or silk. She says, “art can take you into another vision of life. I have shown my art all over Bakersfield and sold several of my pieces to the local people who appreciate them.“
